T-7 Great pictures and thanks for the info. I found one on Ebay price is right what do I need to be sure is included in the sale and is it a simple plug and swap deal with the hard part taking off the dash. Sorry for the lame question but I need to upgrade my truck. jk

Sorry for the delay in my response. First things first, welcome to the site! You will find a lot of good information from a lot of people willing to help. I have learned more than I ever thought I would ever know from these guys and girls.

Now to answer your questions, yes it is a very simple plug and play option. Simply remove 1 screw (the one that is behind the trash bag holder) and pop the dash panel off. Remove 4 screws that hold the factory radio and replace with the RB 1. The GPS antenna mounts right behind the radio on top of an a/c duct. You can’t miss it.

Things you need to look for in an ebay auction.

First thing is to make sure they have a good feedback rating. If they don’t, pass on the auction.

With that said...

What to look for in the auction.

1. a very good condition or new radio
2. instruction manual
3. the newest edition of the navigation software
4. the GPS antenna


Everything else is just plug and play. This is really no more than a 10 minute job.
