Radio replacement

I have a 2003 Laramie with the faux walnut looking panel. Does that just snap out? I haven't tried my little "hook tools" yet. What should I look for? Thanx

The whole panel comes off. take the piece off down at your drivers side feet. Open glove box. The piece in between comes off in one piece.
