Just curious as to what the 3rd gen ARE tonneau cover looks like. I know the contours of the lids vary from model to model, and their website only pictures the 2nd gen Ram lid. Thanks.

 

I dont have an ARE but have a LEER went with theyre smooth design ...fits real nice and paint is very nice. looked at ARE and didnt like the flex it had when open....flexes right where the srut supports mount...not good!.......look at my pics to see mine

I am picking up a cap made by Jason this week. Let me know if you want pictures. I had the A.R.E. for many years on a Dakota and loved it however this time opted for a Jason. I like the quik removal aspect.

Thanks. I ended up ordering the Leer 700 series. I liked the headliner install. I am not sure I'll like it better than the ARE on my other truck, but I could always sell it later if I'm not happy with it. By the way, there is a $40 coupon available for the 700 series tonneau, and I think a $100 coupon for one of the camper top series on the Leer website. You have to give some information and they email the coupon to you. FYI. I'll let you know how I like it when it comes in in a couple of weeks.
