Panels come off pretty easy. As I recall, there are two screws at the bottom of the panel and two bolts. One holding the door handle and the other up by the mirror. Remove all and then lift up as there are plastic tabs on the back of the panel that hook into the door metal.

The water barrier is stuck to the metal door with some sort of black tar goo. If you carefully pull back the barrier while cutting the black goo with a razor, you can stick it back on after your done.

front doors- 2 screws (large) one behind the lever, one on a-pillar
2 screws at very bottom of door
1 bolt- door handle 10mm and you don't have to remove the entire bolt. just remove enough for the handle to come off so you don't lose the bolt in the door panel.

rear doors- 2 screws on bottom of door
1 screw behind door handle
1 bolt- door handle 10mm and you don't have to remove the entire bolt. just remove enough for the handle to come off so you don't lose the bolt in the door panel.

after you get these removed, pull UP (towards top of door) and then out. You can disconnect the window/lock controls from behind.

Had all 4 of mine off last night installing jimmy jammers
