Part # for Multifunction Switch?

Part # for Multifunction Switch?
After reading a few posts, I believe I'm going to need to replace my MFS. Erratic unexplained blinker ('right' side blinks when "left" engaged...etc...)
After checking a few online sources (Autozone, Amazon, ...) I noticed some pics show the mechanism with a SQUARE hole and some show a ROUND hole.
Just want to buy the right one the first time, so checking if anyone knows the part #.
2006, Ram 2500, 4x4, Laramie, 4door, shrt-bed.
