pacbrake air bag wiring?

pacbrake air bag wiring?
i am trying to wire up my pacbrake air bags and may have lost all if the instructions. i just installed their exhaust brake and compressor. for the controll panel for the air bags it says that the white wire to the #86 compressor relay. does that mean i cut the #86 compressor relay wire and attach the wire from the control panel?
