Opinions on best rear bumper option

My wife managed to find a low pole with the back bumper of my truck. I thought that it might be repairable, but the paintless dent repair guy that's going to fix a shopping cart dent for me (another story) says it probably will have to be replaced. My budget is $350. My truck is a silver sport package (painted bumper). The brackets, lights, plastic top, etc. are all reusable. Only the main part of the bumper was crunched.

Options as I see them:

1) Buy chrome bumper for about $350 (not sport package look, but oh well).
2) Buy paintable bumper for about $225 and get it painted to match truck.
3) Buy paintable bumper for about $225 and have it coated with Line-X (I have Line-X over the rails on my truck). I wonder how this would look on a sliver truck.

Not really sure how much options 2 and 3 would cost me in total.

Other ideas/opinions?

Paintable bumper should be that much to paint. Call a body shop and get a quote. I dont think the chrome would go well with the sport model truck. IMHO

Stopped by a local body shop at lunch today. Almost lost my lunch. Even acknowledging no insurance (usually gets a cheaper price), the estimate was $820 for fixing and painting. A chrome replacement was about $100 less. I just love living in SoCal ($$$$$$$$$$). Even the Line-X guy seemed a bit pricey. $185 to coat the bumper (inside and out) if I bring it to him before it gets put on the truck (duh). I have a neighbor who owns a Maaco shop. I have a feeling he'd paint one up for me for pretty cheap. So, I think it's down to either a buying a chrome one or buy the paintable one and have the neighbor paint it for me.

Get a paintable bumper and have it powder coated.
