I recently purchased a 2004.5 3500 SRW 4x4 Quad from [removed by admin - you do not name dealers here] It is the same dealer that Wexman walked away from...I should have also. Upon delivery, they only gave me one orginal key and said that the PDI guy had left for the day and still had the key. They said they would get it back and send to me. This never happened. 3 weeks later, after calling them several times, I was given a reporducred key that looked like a monkey with a hacksaw cut. I sent the salesman a letter voicing my concerns: 1. I paid for two original keys and I want them both. 2. That there is someone out there with a key to my truck and if they work for the dealer, they can find out where I live and work. 3. If the truck is ever stolen, I will hold them fully responsible.

The salesman sent me a fax stating that the have now provided me with 2 keys. HELP!!

Any suggestions? The 800 number online with the BBB is no longer valid for DC.

There have been so many rules broken in this one thread that its a waste of time to even try and salvage it. You guys know the rules. What really bothers me is that one of you knew the thread would be locked but posted anyway. If that isn't the ultimate sign of disrespect, then I don't know what is.
