Talking New Truck

Well......I gone and dun it! I ordered me a new 2004.5. I needed it like a hole in the head as my current truck isn't even out of warranty......but 325/600 and real rear doors!

Looking forward to the new ride.....even though I have to get another set of wheel well liners, steps, bedliner, and topper/shell as none of those will transfer over from my 2002.

How is the Oil/Fuel filter access on the 3rd Gens?

Thanks!

Oil filter screws off from under the vehicle, or you can go thru the pass tire wheel well and pull the liner back to get at filter. Fuel Filter on right side of engine on top...both pretty easy...

Yeah.....I wasn't even planning on it, but if I can't sell my rig.....I can always back out of the deal and get my deposit back......no worries. The only bad thing is having to re-equip the new truck.

I just really like the idea of more cab room and normal opening doors......oh, and the 600!!

We have similar vehicles. Mine has 34,000 miles, and is the most unreliable lemon I have ever owned.

Hence, me going back to Dodge.
