New Shocks!

Well after 179,000 miles I decided to change my original factory shocks out. Put new Bilstein's all around. Wow! What a difference. I should have done this a 100,000 miles ago. Anyone on the fence about new shocks, just do it. One of the best investments I have made in my truck. Thanks to RockCrawler I completed the job in 3 hours.

My stock ones were shot at 50k and I replaced them with the 5100's. Big difference and now with 140k its prob about time to replace them again.

I installed Bilsteins at about 30K miles. Huge improvement over stock. At about 120K, I decided to replace them again; also with Bilsteins. There was nothing wrong with the old ones, and they seemed to be doing just fine. But I got a wild hair and decided to replace them anyway. Not a difficult job, but sort of a PITA.

Made a noticeable improvement in ride and handling! It was such a gradual decline, I didn't really notice it. Well worth the time, money, and effort.
