Talking New baby is here - 325/600

Well, my baby arrived this morning and the dealership confirmed it
is the 325/600 Cummins. Have to wait a couple of days for dealer prep
and cleanup – long trip from Mexico. It looks gorgeous: Deep molten
red 3500 SLT, dark slate interior, 2WD SRW SB Quad cab with 48RE,
trailer tow mirrors. Will get some photos up as soon as I can, including
the engine. The mechanic says he can see the difference in the layout
under the hood.

Congrads! I'm sure baby is fine. How is mom and dad doing? Be sure to give us a full report as soon as you can.

When did you order yours? I ordered mine on Dec 23 and I can hardly wait. Patience is not a blessing of mine so I'm really getting antsy. Where oh where has my little Ram gone oh where oh where could it be.

Congradulations on the arrival.

Thanks stack_climber. I placed the order at the end of November. I think it took just under 8 weeks...

Any interior differences or, say a '600' badge or anything that would distiguish the 04 and 04.5?

Thanks.

Congrats!

I ordered the exact same truck except the color. Order went in on Dec 16th. Build started Jan 9th. Was supposed to be shipped a few days ago on Jan 12th but Chrysler Cust. Service won't give me a good answer as to it's whereabouts at this point.

Do you by chance remember your "estimated ship date" and/or how long it took to actually ship?

Thanks!

I didn’t get a chance to spend some quality time with her because
It was in the shop for PDI and clean up. Didn’t see any badging
For the 600 and didn’t know where to look. This morning a
Co-worker who has an ’03 Cummins told me there’s an embossed
Label on the valve cover. I called the dealership and passed the
Question along to the mechanic who’s doing the PDI. Waiting
For a call back.

I think the sales rep said ship date was December 19th. I don’t
Know if that means it’s on route or waiting for transport.

You're killing me. My truck was ordered on 12/8 built on 1/08 and now it's in status J2 storage.

So I asked the customer service rep what does that mean? They don't know.......

So I asked the customer service rep is there anyone that knows the answer to my questions? They don't know.......
