I have verbally agreed to buy an 04 CTD 4 dr. 2500 4wd. automatic for $10,125 from the current owner. He is the 2nd owner, tranny replaced at 150K miles and truck currently has 194K miles. No mods except K&N filter. No goose-neck only pulled a fishing boat occasionally, about 5000 lbs. Truck is in really good condition with no known mechanical problems. Do y'all think I did okay on the price? I think so. Oh yeah, it's an HO engine.

What does it blue book out for?

A little over $18K but I don't think the blue book is accurate in this current economy. I'm feel 98% that it's very good deal as the owner just needs to sell because of being laid off and having no work. As he said "my loss is your gain". I have had some good advice on here so I just wanted to see what y'all thought also.

sounds pretty good lets not forget the diesel option as of 04 was around 5k atleast at my dealer. Hey man if your happy and feal you did good than dont ask, and stay happy with it youl enjoy it more Congrats on the new truck
