Before you guys flame me and tell me to use the search, I just want to say that I have searched and there are TONS of threads here on the subject... but I can't find definitive info on exactly what will work on my model & year truck...

2004.5 Ram 2500. NO daytime running lights.

Questions:

1. Do I need to get a special harness with resistors in order for a HID kit to work on my truck?
2. Right now, who's offering the best service and/or prices?
3. Any downsides to bi-xenon aside from the extra cost? Is the HID high beam really usable? On my motorcycle the HID highbeam pattern sucks.
