I installed the yellow Monroe Gas Magnums on my 2wd Cummins last year.
Over the years I have always installed the yellow Gas Magnums on all my trucks.
These shocks used to be super stiff and solid which is what I like.
These new shocks are not nearly as stiff and don't seem to be as good quality as in years past.
They are better than the soft original shocks and these were a noticeable change but still too soft.
The Monroe Reflex's are an even softer shock, I compared side by side.
I don't recommend those at all for a truck.
Bilsteins now has a shock available for the 2wd Dodges. They are much more expensive than the Monroe's
but I would recommend checking into those.
...Just my thoughts, Joe..
