Yeah Im ecstatic I started a thread thats lasted this long. And it has those stars next to it!
Seriously though anyone having this problem needs to contact Michelin FIRST to get a claim going.

Just got my BFG 285's put on tonight by Sears. Love them for now, but will be trading up to the 315's this Spring.
Michilen would only go to the 285's as that is listed as a valid DC size for the Dodge and they also own BFG. Couldn't get them to go any bigger for my case and boy did I try.

Do a search.Went through this with the Goodyears on the 03/04 model years doing the same.Most cracks I've seen were much larger.Like a box cutter got them.Goodyear said improper cure time.I just had my Goodyears warrantied on mine a couple months back.Made sure build date on the tires was much newer then ones coming off.

******, looks like the cracks to me.
They are between the inside numbering and letters and the rim usually and tend to run parallel to the rim edge. Kind of look like weathering cracks. I had 3 tires that were obvious and 1 that barely started to show. Warrantied all 4 as they didn't want different levels of wear on the tires they were putting back on.

Where is the number to michelin?? I have called every dealer here and they said to take it back to the *******??? If I call michelin and they give me a reference number to take to sears that would get things done??
My cracks are just like 53's.. I have a set of 315's ready to go on but if I can get a set of 285 for free and then sell them I'm ahead of the game..
