They are going to come out with a 8ft box dually next year. The issue of cab clearance lights made me double check, wanted to make sure they are going to be on my dually (quad cab). The literature says they are standard on a 3500 drw, opt. on 2500 and 3500 srw. If they hadn't shown that sticker, i would have strongly suspected this to be a "manufactured" dually, like the 90's fords, you couldn't get a 4x4 dually, so you ordered a 4x4 srw, and added an aftermarket kit.

Great observation.

Cab clearance lights are not an option on anything wider than 79"...

But if you look at the door jamb sticker, it says "X" next to dual, so it wasn't "manufactured" like someone else suggested. Very odd.

I e-mailed them and asked them whats up with the no cab clearance lights and I got a NASTY reply saying that I was wrong... (that they are required by law on all vehicles over 79" wide... [check again jerk... i read the FMCSA for fun!]).

I don't particulary like the looks all too much. But I have no need for a dually right now. I can survive with my 05.
