Mega Cab or Quad Cab????

I know driving cross country with two car seats in the back and all the gear two kids under 2 need to go see grandma for a week, we thanked god we bought the mega cab. We've got a bumper pull TT though. 
How much stuff do kids need any way?
(and no we're not getting a beer outta the cooler)
