MB Motoring Rocker wheels

Okay, so I'm browsing in my local Discount Tire yesterday and they have out a set of MB Motoring Rocker 18x10 rims with a special price (they are discontinued). I'm a bit concerned about the offset/backspace (I can't remember the numbers, but at a glance look like they'll stick out a bit).

They are looking to sell the set of 4 for $200 if you buy tires with them (this comes out to around $1450 with 4 285/65-18 BFG AT KO's (they thought anything larger might rub). My suspension is all stock. The truck is an '06 Megacab 2500 4x4 CTD.

Any thoughts on this deal? I have seen a couple of reports on here of MB wheels cracking and we do tow a bit (10,000 lb travel trailer).

Thanks!!!

I had a set of MB motoring rims on my last truck and towed about the same. Never had a problem with them. Sounds like a great deal on the rims!!

I ran 315's on a 5.7 backspaced wheel with stock suspension and didn't rub. Your results may vary.

Make sure the tires you choose are E rated and the wheels have around 3400lb load rating.

I'd look into 305's possibly with properly backspaced wheels.
