Makes ya wanna do bad things
Man I definitely feel your anger and rage. This very thing happened to me when my GF lived in Austin, they only took the screen, just ripped it out and left everything else, even the 40 bucks I left in the cupholder and radar detector. They broke in through the window on mine, smashed it, had to drive 70 miles in 55* weather to get home for work, got sick a few days after.
But my insurance covered it, got me a brand new AVIC N4 and thankfully my deductible was only $50.
You can imagine how many times I fantasized me seeing the perp in the act and giving him the elbow at a full sprint, man, I feel your anger, I'm angry for you....

I have a friend that was talking to the cops about break ins, he was told that the turds are targeting vehicles with suction cup marks on the windshield. So even if you take your GPS with you you still get your truck tore up.
rock_crawler - I feel your pain. Had mine broken into back in May of this year. Took my tekonsha p3 (only used it once!!), owners manual (
), cds, 4gb ipod mini (first generation, probably only worth 10 bucks), gps (locked via coordinates, was hoping to find them driving by one night to unlock it but probably too stupid), and other worthless junk to include prescription glasses (expensive to me, but worthless to them), mileage and maintenance logs (WHY?!?), and I'm probably forgetting a few things.
They LEFT my fiancee's gold necklace (not sure why she left it in the cab) and my briefcase (with laptop). Freakin idiots. I feel for you, buddy - getting enraged this morning looking at everyone's pics.
