Just noticed today I could feel road bumps thru the Accelerator pedal so I went home and checked it out. The pedal is loose (in and out movement). The torsion spring is still attached and seems to work but not good enough to return the pedal to its resting position. I see a good 1/4" gap up at the cable end to the upper pedal.

Any ideas ? What next with the dodge ? Power seat motor gave up a few weeks ago, and a few months ago the blend door broke again. Good grief
I noticed in the service manual the brake and Accelerator pedal is a complete sub assembly when you have the power pedals. No adjustments and really no info on the Accelerator pedal at all, mostly brake pedal related.
