Looking for a light bar
I don't know for sure who made that one but here is one very similar if not the same.

I have the randy ellis bar and its very strong, goodlooking bar along with a good price plus it will mount to an 06-07 even though it says 05on the website. I just had to make two 1" cuts into the platic bumber part where the bar comes through the opeing.
How much did that light bar run you with lights. I looked at their candy chrome bar and it looks like that color will match my silver truck nicely.

The both mount to the factory tow hook locations. Makes for a solid mount. I can stand on my bar and it doesn't budge. If you have the hooks the light bars sandwich between them and the frame. It's hard to see in my pics but the tow hooks are there.
Go Defiant !!!
If you want the absolute best quality, call Paul at Defiant. Even tho he doesn't have chrome or stainless, you will get the heaviest gauge metal
tubing on the market, and better spacing away from your grill to allow
use of bigger lights, if needed. Also gives you a choice of 2,3,or4 light
tab setup......with the added benefit of not having your lights shake
around like they are on a roller coaster. You also get to keep the factory
tow hooks.

Not knocking Paul's bars 'cause they are everything you said, but my bar mounts as solidly, leaves plenty of room for 4 lights, retains the tow hooks, and the lights don't shake (other than that cause by the design of the light itself). If I were to buy another I'd spend more money and get the Defiant bar, but for $199 the Randy Ellis bar is a good deal and I'd recommend it to anyone.
