leveling springs to high

Installed leveling springs today now the front of the truck is 1" higher than the rear. Anyone know how much if any i can expect the springs to settle?
The other possibility is that the rear leafs have flattened out a lot from new. Anyone know the distance from the center of the rear axle to the fender?

A signature would help us help you. I use Don Thuren's HD adjustable rear shackles to dial in the proper leaf spring height.

As a quick cheap fix could I add a 1/2 spacer between the leafs and the axle. Looks simple and easy anything I am overlooking?

I have the HD coils for my 3500 2wd, been on for over 25,000 miles and are awesome. I little stiffer than the original springs, but they are considerably larger in diameter. I couldn't do the Sumos because my right spring was almost 3" lower than the left.

I went the same route after installing the Carli kit which left the front sitting what appeared to be high. I have the Thurens installed in the highest setting and the truck sits perfect now.

To answer the original question... no; do not expect to see any settling of the front springs to make up the difference.
