So I am trying to think of ways to help make babs (my old truck) ride better. It does have the leveling airbags, but obviously have never needed them. I'd like to buy new springs for the front (keeping them 1 ton) and just installing poly spring tip inserts. But I'm not too sure what to do with the rear. Is there a big ride difference between a w150 and a w250? And since I have 2500 lb airbags I should be able to go pretty light with the springs. But I also don't want it to ride weird being 1 ton in the front and 1/2 in the rear. If that makes any sense.. lol

 

I would just flip a few bottom springs over.
