yes i got a guy telling me that 92 dodge w150 4x4 has the same brackets to hold the front shocks on , engine support bracket,and brackets to hold leaf springs on.I just need to know for sure if hes right,before i trade with him.

Engine support brackets= depends, you mean the crossmember or the actual things bolted to the engine? Obviously the engine brackets are different. Crossmember is the the same, but part # chnaged for 1992. You should be ok with both 92s
Spring brackets= For those applications, brackets should be the same. Most likely will be 5/8s hole on the w150 and w250, but may be 3/4 on the w250.

B/c the parts book says they may differ, regular cab or extended cab?

Everything will be the same been there done that on several truck's Haven't found a difference yet .
front shock mount's are same for all 4x4 truck's to 93 and engine cross member is same also . as for spring hanger's they say there is a different front spring hanger bolt but I have not found a different 1 yet in all my part's .

And if the bolts are a different size, that's nothing a drill can't fix.
