I got a notice from Premier Legal Center APC from San Diego Ca about a manufacturer defect . Dose anybody know what this is about .

Yes I have received a couple of them about a year ago. From what I can tell They are are trying to make money off of people for DPF warranty claims. I will dig them up and look again.

I took a look and it is for peopple that has or had continuous problems with there emissions related parts Check engine lights,EGR,Turbo. I haven't had any problems nocknock so I just filed them just in case.

I got something similar as well, but it was from of all places Chrysler. Informed me about my rights under the Lemon Laws and how they would be willing to "buy it back".

I'd do deletes before I'd let them buy it back.

The people that sign up for these types of things will probably get a $5 check in the mail and dissolved warranty/lemon law rights. I'd try not to spend it all in one place .


All that aside, if you have a real issue just hire a real attorney and address it.




I find it humerous when people try to get rich off these types of things.....
