Just received my Howe's. Now what?

Just received my Howe's. Now what?
I got my shipment of two quarts of Howe's Meaner Kleaner in the mail. Should I just start adding it to the tank as instructed? I have read for the sea foam that you should replace the fuel filter and fill the bowl with it - undiluted.
Is this method recommended for the Howe's treatment as well?

I would do double amount 1st use, then recommended amount from there...
If you wanted to do the filter, I would fill the cannister 1/2 full and then bump the key a couple times to fill the system, then start...
