What is the official DC policy regarding incentives on ordered vehicles? I have read other buyers postings that they would get the best incentive offer between the one in effect when the vehicle was ordered and the one in effect when the vehicle arrives. My saleman indicated that he thought it would be only the incentive offer when I ordered, but wasn't 100% positive. What have been others experiences with this?

 

My dealer said it would be no less than what was offered at the time of order. My dealer was great. About a month after I picked up my truck I got a check for $500.00. I guess the incentive went up the day I pick my truck up and I did not know it. I would never have belived that a dealer would send me a check after the fact.

 

I'm with RLS. My salesman said that the incentives and interest rate that was available on the day I ordered, could improve but could not get worse. It did improve. By the time the truck arrived there was a $500 rebate.

 

I was told by DC customer incentive and rebate center.That if you put a deposit on your order that your order was price protected and you would recieve the rebate that was in effect when you ordered or when you took delivery,which ever one was the best.They also said that you got the rebate from the area you lived in no matter where you ordered.Hope this helps

DC just went to 0% for 60 months today - - and that is NOT April fools joke.

 

If I use my zip here in NJ the program dates on the DC site are extended to 4/30, but the int rates remain unchanged 0.0/3.9/4.9. Supposedly they have to honor the rebate once you put a deposit down but beware of funny business if you cut a good deal and don't use dealer finance/leasing source. They will try to keep some of it.

 

The Dodge site still shows 4.9 for 60 months. I'd probably go for 0%/60 months.<br><br>

 

I got 4.25% for 60 months from Chrysler and the $2000.00 rebate last week. Don't let them screw you.
