20 in wheels?

Are there any 20 inch wheels available for the 2500/3500? I like the look of the factory 20's available on the 1500 gasser, but don't want the 1500 (gotta have the diesel).

I hope you have 4.10 gears to accomodate your 20inchers. Going for the pimped out look? I'd like to see what the truck looks like if and when you get them on. Good luck.

Most of the trucks around here are running around with the factory issue 20's. I think the truck is large enough that the wheels fill the wheel wells nicely without looking like a pimpmobile.

Re:20 in wheels?

Consider this: The 20's can't carry the same weight as the 16's or 17's (P metric vs LT) The 20's are basically passenger car rated only. Also the ground to rim distance is compromised to the point that pot holes, curbs, and rail road crossings will a) destroy the tires sidewall -during compression- or b) bend the rims beyond use because there is not enough room for the tire sidewall to flex before something has to give. They make 25'' IF you want it to look good sitting in your drive. That's why the 20''s are only on the 1500. Been there, bent them plenty!
