I own a 2003 srw quad cab cummins 4x4 3500 and I dont know what problems you have had but my truck has 60,000 miles on it now and it has been to the dealer for intermittint a/c problems since new.the problem being after turning on the a/c sometimes it will not blow cold and outher times it would work fine for a time and then stop blowing cold. the last tech that worked on my truck said right away he knew what the problem was. and I was blown away it was the E.C.M. after replacing the hvac control panel, a/c pump, a/c clutch, condenser, dryer and a wire harness the last guy knew right off the bat what my problem was. Christmas week my '06 decided to drop the recirculation door into the heater fan. Sounded like a spoon dropped into a sink disposal.

40,000 miles and no warranty help either. Luckily I found a good DIY thread here that will allow me to do it for $20 plus 4 hours of my time vs the $800 the dealership wants.

I have an 03 with the same ac problems as the original post. In fact it has broken recently and I have yet to fix it. If I do not sale this truck soon I would be glad to see if I can help to get something done.

hit em hard, i also got the run around about 1.5 yrs ago when still under warrantee. now that i have the time i'm going to give her another try next week. I'm game for the class action

 

Im game for a class action!! My truck had this fixed under warranty when the system blew at your feet and not very well. They fixed this now it will only blow out of the dash vents. Funny thing is that last summer all it would do is blow at your feet for a day or 2 then everything started working again. Until a few weeks ago and it now only blows out of the dash. Defrost and heat vents do not work now. Is this the blend door broke this time??
