Idle Rpm seems a little fast
My wife took my 2005 Ram 2500 because she liked it better than her Grand Caravan so I took her Caravan and traded for a 2007 Ram 3500 DRW. 6 speed. [She will not have a bigger truck than I do.]
My 07 idles at 800 rpm and the 05 at 750 rpm. Not a big deal but seems a little fast to me. Do all of the 6 speeds idle faster than the automatics?
Can the idle be adjusted thru the ECM by a Dodge dealer?

That's the same idle speed as my 06 6speed.
mine was at the 700-750RPM but after the last hard start flash it seemed to kick the idle up a bit to 800rpm.
so I would say yes it is normal on this year truck
