I have a possessed truck

The problem is that my truck is getting a mind of its own and I have no idea what to do. About two weeks ago the truck started activating the windshield wipers whenever I locked or unlocked the truck with the Key Fob, now it also added starting the truck to the reasons for activating the wipers. Here is Texas, it rains off and on so I can’t really pull the wiper fuse, so I’m lost for a solution! So far I have replaced the multi switch, checked all the relays and nothing has solved the issues. The delay options are no longer working if that helps anyone identify the problem, has anyone have any ideas or experienced this? I have searched and most of the issues just list the wipers acting erratically, but nothing about operating at start up or unlocking the truck
Someone please point in the right direction!!!!!!

Do you still have the original batteries? When dodge trucks have weak batteries, they do all sorts of strange things, because they get unusual signals to the ECU.

I did replace the batteries a couple of days ago, but it's still doing this with new batteries.

check your grounds. I was doing a security system on a ford one time and forgot the ground on the firewall. started the truck, wipers went nutty, washers spraying all the time and i was like WHAT! remembered the ground and all was good. poor grounds do crazy things too
