i have death wobble issues the dealership can't fix supposedly. i am on the verge of trading this truck in for safety issues. i had 315's now 265 load range e oem tires. still have death wobble. i am going to take a big hit if i trade. what would i have to do to the front end to fix the death wobble and approximately how much would it cost. i am willing to replace whatever it takes.

 

Is the only thing youve done so far is change tires? Check the track bar, ball joints, and hub assemblies. Odds are, one or more of those items is worn out and is causing it.

 

If the dealer can't get it fixed you should lemen law it. Then you don't loose on a trade in.

 

i had an 03 ford 6.0 liter in the shop 43 days in 11 months with 37000 miles on it. i tried the lemon law, had a lawyer and it didnt work. it is not as easy as it looks.

 

Get an adjustable track bar with heim joints on both ends... the stock one is crap. If you are still stock, its more than likely your crappy stock track bar that is allowing your entire front end to track left and right until the harmonics go ballistic and the wobble begins...... A new adjustable bar will run you less than a 100. Oh yeah.... sell me your 315's
