Help Please! Stay with 17" or go to 20"?

I have a 2008 Dodge Ram Mega Cab 4x4 Dually with a 2" leveling kit on front and airbags for loads on rear. I'm needing to replace the 4 rear tires but would like to go from the stock 17" rims to 20" rims. However, I'm not wanting to use spacers with going to the 20" wheels. Has anyone done this? Or can anyone give me some insight as to how I can do this without the addition of the use of spacers. I've found a set of 20x8.25"; being that said, what tire recommendations can you advise me on? I prefer the BFGoodrich KO2 tires but the only tire sizes I can find for the 20" wheels are the following:
LT275/55R20, LT275/60R20, LT275/65R20, LT285/55R20, LT285/65R20, LT305/55R20, LT325/60R20, and 35X12.5R20LT
I'm not exactly that knowledgeable on changing the sizes from the stock but the stock size rims and tires look out of place (too small) on such a large vehicle.
I really appreciate anyones time and assistance they can give me on this subject matter

I run 20's with 35's on mine and would never change back to 17's. Love them.
