The Heatertreater site came by me from somewhere a few weeks ago.I put them in favorites for a 'just in case'. I did find it interesting that the Dodge is not the only manufacture putting out heater box design issues.I grimace everytime I turn a **** on mine and have it it make a pop/slam noise.In real cold(teens here)I have had it not work.Blower blew but that was about it and direction would not change at all until INSIDE the truck got some temp which took a while cause no air was blowing out correctly.

 

Has anybody taken their truck to the dealer and paid for this problem to be fixed? I am intrested on how much it will cost me? I don't think that I want to tackle this problem on my own. Thanks.

Heater Treater, solid metal axles that will never strip or fail and a 2hr. install. I can't praise them enough. Enjoy.
