Fold flat load floor

Hey fellas, does anyone know if the rear fold flat load floor from an '05 will fit in an '07? My truck didn't come with it and I found one but don't want to waste the money if it isn't going to work. Any opinions on to have or not to have are also very welcome.

Thanks,
Frank

Don't know about the compatibility between the '05 and '07. But, on the "to have or not to have" question. I find it very convenient. In fact most of the time, my rear seats are folded up and the flat load floor is open. It makes for very convenient dry clean load space for stuff that I don't want rolling around in the bed.

Thanks TJAR66, I did find a metal one, unfortunately I can't seem to be able to reach the guy selling it now. His e-mail doesn't work. We'll wait and see. Thanks for the input.

Is that the one on the classifieds here? I tried contacting that guy a while back, but I don't think he's been on for a while. Somehow I'm thinking he was in the service?

You could also watch e-bay, but when they come up, they seem to get bidded up close to the cost of a new one...

Anyway, I don't know for sure, but from having an 03, I think they would bolt right on to the newer trucks.

yeah that's the one. I thought the same thing he must be deployed or something. That's cool, I wish him well. I'll keep an eye on ebay.

Thanks,

I'm not too impressed with the plastic one in my 06. It just flexes in the middle (no hinge), so I'd suggest looking for a metal one.

Also the felt stuff that is part of the plastic floor can be difficult to clean.
