Fold Flat Load Floor Storage

Ok so i just purchased a 2012 ram 3500 SRW and on the window sticker it has as part of the customer perferred package "2FZ" fold flat load floor storage. I am looking in the manual and it shows a platform that folds from under the rear seat to make the whole crew cab portion a level area. I cannot find this on my truck. I contacted the dealer and they advised they have not seen these on any 25 or 3500's and that it was not included on the truck :"it was optional equipment". I feel if it is on the window sticker that it is not an option but included, am I wrong with this thinking?

The window stickers are tricky, the equipment listed on the left-hand side can be superseded by option packages on the right-hand side. But yes, if you can't see where it's been superseded later down the list then definitely insist on the dealer installing the equipment.

I had the same problem on my '03 and came to find out the dealer had taken them out of my truck and installed them on another truck because another customer just had to have them. They gave me a credit.

I couldn't agree with you more. They do that with wheels allot also. My friends brand new Subie came with steel wheels on a Limited. I noticed it. The dealer denied it but his wife had taken picture during delivery and the dealer had to live up to it and them some.
