factory bumper

Hey just wondering, would the chrome part of the front bumper of an early 07 fit on an 05. My bumper got torn up by an uninsured motorist and a buddy just got a front replacement, just wondering if anyone has tried this. Thanks

Yes, it will fit just fine.

The difference in the bumpers is the upper painted portion(and the support underneath, plastic structure)

Youll see when you take the bumper off the plastic supports under the painted cover, swap those to the new bumper along with the cover.

Update got the front end powder coated instead of linexed, looks great and fit perfect. Now I just need some pics posted.

Cool deal, either try attaching them with your post by clicking the manage attachments button below the post box, or try hosting it on photobucket.com or imageshack.us

What color did you have it powder coated? Im thinking of painting my chrome portion, but im not sure if it will hold up(ill prep it by either sanding it all down, or having it sandblasted) Id powder coat it, but I dont know how well they could match the silver
