Dodge Factory Sirius Interchange?

I'm looking for a factory Sirius unit for my 05 Ram and I'm finding they are EXTREMELY expensive. Part number 82206488AB.

I found a place that has part number 82206488AA that's listed for an 04 Stratus for less than 1/2 the price.

Can anyone who is very familiar with newer Dodge parts tell me what the difference is between the two units listed above, and if the AA unit will work in place of the AB unit?

Thanks!!!

Mopar part number 82206488AA is a Mopar Sirius Receiver. It is just the unit that goes in the rear of the vehicle. It doies not play CDs etc. It is just a Sirius Receiver unit that is attached to the radio head end via a cable.

I realize that it's just the Sirius unit and that it will not play CD's. My question, is...what is the difference between the AA and AB part number suffixes if anything? My Ram calls for the AB, but if the AA is less than 1/2 the price and will work, it's stupid to spend the extra money.
