No, you are correct......the truck came with BFG Trail Blazers(I bought the truck used)and they were good highway tires but sucked off road.

I've never had a problem getting around w/ the AT KOs either. I don't understand Dodge's fascination with the Rugged Trails....

Burbs are some of the best rigs for snow due to their almost 50/50 weight distro. Diesel pickups are on the opposite end of the spectrum, you would need about 2K in the bed to be 50/50, and then your over 8K-9K lbs, and that takes a lot of tire to float and make stable, even still they are just too heavy. I doubt you will ever get the same performance as your old burb.
