I have read many AC fan posts however non of them describe the issue I am having.

When I get in my truck (2004 3500j in the morning the fan and selectors work fine....rec functions.....

After running my AC for 30 minutes the air flow starts to decrease.....it gets to the point that air is barely comming out. If I turn the AC off the air still blows cold then slowly gets warm over a 15 minute period.....if the truck sits for a long time everything works normal.

It is a if something is freezing up and blocking the air flow....

Any thoughts?

Sounds like the evaporator is freezing up. Needs more 134.

 

Yea...that is what is was thinking however I was not sure if it would block the air flow.....

I will give it a try...

Yes, air flow will be almost 100% blocked when the evap. freezes.
