Diablo Tuner: How high of setting is ok?

How high of a setting is ok to use with a stock clutch? I was told that the #2 setting was as high as i would want to run without slipping the heck out of the clutch. the settings are as fallows: #1-60HP, #2-100HP, #3-140HP and #4-170HP. any advice would be great.

Well I don't have this tuner but since no one else has responded I'll give you my opinion. I wouldn't go over the 60. Maybe the 100 with care.

I never run lower than 100, no problem. I've even towed on extreme and used most of the power it had, no problem. I've run the extreme stack ~200/400, no problem. I never mash the throttle below ~ 1800 rpm on any of the higher tunes. You will know if the clutch slips. The tach will shoot up but the speedo doesn't. Craig
