I've been running around with the rkl stack program and the truck does just fine. Quite a bit more smoke than with the "extreme stack" program, but the mileage is great and the egt's are low so I dont mind.

Lately I've been running around on Tow with my XZT stack. Tow really shifts firm, the hardest I've felt. Plus if I need more I just flip the switch for my VA box to kick in an extra 70hp.... or 130hp...

Wow, you guys really run around with these settings in full time. Now you are seeing good increases in fuel economy in the extreme stack, even with the massive plumes of smoke at every hill/intersection? how does that work?

Right now, I am in tow stacker w/ puck on 50.

My stock clutch cannot take even the Performance setting along with the Puck on the low setting. I don't know how you guys are doing it....
I haven't even tried the RKL setting yet but Extreme is pretty brutal to the clutch too. I've been running around on the towing setting lately and it still makes lots of power...
As far as mileage is concerned, mine has stayed exactly the same while the overhead reads about 6 mpg high....... I sure wish that was true....

I run the exteme setting and just turn the puck on 90hp when I need it.

I have my eye on this Diablo Stack (I think I am done with my SC, I don't want to think about it anymore). But, I don't want that much smoke I must say.

Said it before, I'll say it again, I hae the stack and am VERY pleased with it. very user friendly for around town cruisin', or you can "Kick It Up A Notch" if ya feel like it. I can pretty much drive with any tune in and get minimal smoke, but if you lay your foot into it hard or lug it into a hard pull, I would almost guarantee smoke from any setting.

basically, it is all in how you drive it...

...i kind of set them up like that since some people do like smoke and other do not, if you romp on it, it will puff if you gradually increase throttle you should see minimal amount of smoke, except for maybe the nasty tunes.
