Given the price, immediate need for new steering and difficulty deciding on a specific Heim joint, I've decided to just make a steering setup using tie rod ends...anyone have any recommendations? The factory ones lasted 70k, 50k of which was with a 10" lift and 37" Toyo MT's. While not bad, I wondered if there was something better out there I should use...are the greaseable ones from Napa any good? I looked at Moog's, but they don't seem to have grease fittings. Even contemplating the GM 1 ton tie rod setup. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
