Couple mystery plug wires I found

Hoping someone can shed some light on these two connections I found in my truck.

One is under the passenger seat. Looks like a plug that is missing a connection to something. Might just be something extra dodge put in the truck but I wanted to make sure. I checked the driver side and it looks like its connected. Passenger side is not.

This other one is from under the driver side dash. Its all wound up and zip tied with a cut end. Then goes through the grommet in the firewall and T's off to a plug connected to the battery and grounds on a near screw. The other "T" goes to the rear fuel tank. After that I cant see where it goes. It either ends up on top of the fuel tank or splits off somewhere above it.

Only thing I can think of is that the previous owner might of had some gauges hooked up or maybe some type of switch. Just looking for some idea's for what it might be.

My guess for the first one is either power or heated seat plug in, I don't think anything else would be close. The other one doesn't look factory at all.

Ya the seat has power adjust ability, and heating which both work. So I'm not sure what the plug is there for.

The other definitely isn't factory. Just wondering if someone has some suggestions for what it might be based off the routing I described.

Did someone run that blue one from a previous trailer brake controller to a trailer connector at the rear?

The plug under the passenger seat might be from a x-m or sirius antenna. I know thats where mine is routed.

Is it a disabled seat belt buzzer? The blue is definitely not factory.

I think you are right. I know he had a trailor and added a power connection for a winch. So you could be right.

I think you are also correct because the buzzer doesn't work on my truck.

Thanks for the help guys.

Seat belt buzzer can be enabled/disabled using in-cab vodoo procedures. Check your owners manual. I did it, but don't recall the process. The belt light will illuminate on the dash instead of the audible buzzer or bell.
