Howy:Funny you should mention that. My old uncle in CA has about 15 of them that people have given him (he used to own a large shop). He is always driving one and gets close to 30mpg. Did I mention that he is always working on them also?

The Yugo are the built from old Fiat dies and such sold to them by Italy. You know FIAT stands for Fix It Again Tony

Didnt know about the Fiat connection. Years ago I was given a 1970 Fiat 850 Sedan by somebody who was leaving the State. That person must have hated me. For a free car, it cost me so much to keep it running that I finally gave it to a junk yard.

Yeah, in order to drive a Yugo you need a small collection to keep them going!

Thank goodness they're usually free!
