Control/trailing arm

I have a 2004 ram 2500 4x4 diesel. I've narrowed my "CLUNK" noise down to the control arms. They may be called trailing arms. They're the upper and lower straight arms(not the "A" style) that go from the axle rearward to the frame. Has anyone replaced the bushings on these? How difficult is it?

Sure it's not the track bar? They're know to come loose and do lotsa clunking.

Track bar goes from frame of drivers side to axle on pass side, put a long flex bar on the bolts and give them a good reef, hopefully that takes care of it. Check bottom shock bolts while you're under their too.
