clutch pedal bushing?
so for the last 100k miles I’ve battled a low engagement height on my 2003, I’ve installed several prebled dodge hydraulic assemblies. I’ve used an adjustable assembly from SBC. even the adjustable fought me with sometimes inconsistent engagement. what I’m starting to notice now is the pedal has a rough spot when you cycle it. it squeaks and isn’t smooth when engaging or releasing. yes i lube it from time to time but tis getting to the point every two to three weeks it needs shot of triflow or something to the pedal bushing otherwise it’ll squeak you right out of the cab and fight your knee to the point of hurting
what I’m wondering is if the culprit is worn bushings causing the resistance in the pedal and also possibly changing the throw just enough to cause me issues.
looking on dodgeparts.com i wasn’t seeing a replacement pedal assembly, wondering if there is a bushing kit or otherwise available out there that might be used for servicing this?
