clicking from left front wheel

'06 Ram 3500 4x4, 84,000 miles... I notice a clicking noise at low speeds, doesn't appear to be brake related since it doesn't change when I hit the brakes, had all new U-joints installed not that long ago, truck drives and steers fine, just concerned about the noise.

Check to make sure all of the shock tower bolts & studs are tight and intact.
I was experiencing the same problem and it was a snapped stud on the shock tower.

does the noise change when you turn the wheel at low speeds?

mine does the same thing, but when cruising down the road at a decent rate of speed and I cut it to the left hard to swerve the noise goes away. I have replaced the front left hub assy. had the tires re balanced and no change ???? iam thinking bad batch of tires or ot of round wheels.
