Check out the latest Truck Trend, has pics of a MegaCab
Just got my issue and there is a DRW someone customize and it has what looks like Dodge's MegaCab but with the QC rear doors. The bed was shorten 12" on the bed to get the 12 inches for the cab. I bet Dodge will be PO'ed when they see this picture!! Looked pretty good though!
