Cab clearance lights

my cab clearance lights have started leaking since i installed slide in truck camper.
any remedies ?

Mine started leaking as well. I bought the oem's from the dealer and I'm going to replace them before winter. I think that I paid $65 or $70 for them.

Id try either making another gasket(if you cant buy the gaskets from the dealership, never tried), or you could always try silicone, just a thin bead under each one, then snug them back down...

Just took my truck in last week for the same problem. The dealer is aware of it. They ordered me 5 new lights and gaskets,new design. Hope this helps,also had to have 3rd brake light replaced as it was leaking also.

And I don,t hava a slide-in camper.

I just picked up a new set tonight for my 04.5, the new lenses have a molded rubber gasket that raps up around the edge of the light and the underside is molded like a suction cup, much better design. 6 bucks each from the dealer.

Mine aren't leaking at the base....about three of the lenses are cracked and kinda faded so I just bought the 5 oems.

Yeah mine leaked too but it was still under warranty so they replaced all of them with the new ones.
